12. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the site ("WITVT Pro") are available only with a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the following:

• Billing and Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your payment card details. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend paid features until a payment succeeds.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account or the data stored in your browser.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email or by a notice on the site before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before the renewal date.
• Changes to Paid Features: We may add, modify, or remove features of a plan. Features described as "coming soon" are not part of the subscription until they are released, and their release dates are not guaranteed.
• AI Assistant Usage: The AI Assistant is subject to a fair-use daily message allowance, shown in the assistant, which we may adjust. Assistant output is generated automatically and may contain errors; valuations it reports are estimates and are subject to the disclaimers in these terms.
