Simple pricing

Questions

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal on your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your workspace lives in your browser and stays exactly as it is. Items over the free limit remain; you just cannot add more until you upgrade again or remove some.

I only need one report. Do I have to subscribe?

No. A full report pass is a single payment that lifts the 10-item limit and unlocks the full report on your account for 30 days, with nothing to cancel afterwards. It is offered on the report page and whenever a free workspace is full, and the price is shown there. It does not include the AI Assistant.

What are the price multiplier and purity hedging?

Two workspace settings for pricing the way the trade does. The price multiplier scales every value, so 0.7 models a buyer paying 70% of melt. Purity hedging discounts the metal price by a small percentage to allow for stamps that overstate purity. Both are part of Pro and apply to every item, total and report; the free calculator always shows full melt value. Any values you saved before are kept and apply again when you upgrade.

Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. The calculator, the report and a preview of the assistant are free, so you can see how WITVT works before paying.

How is payment handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe. WITVT never sees or stores your card details. You can switch between monthly and annual billing or update your card from the billing portal.
